In other words, it's a way of providing permission which also includes authentication. As Google Summer Of Project, I implemented OAuth2 Library "The League OAuth2" in modules of Drupal Social Initiative. We also released 2.x Version of these modules, which had streamlined authentication system, easily to implemented and were more secure. This talk will be based on why you should use protocol standards such as OAuth2 over traditional login based approach.
