Temperaments are more core to individuals than personality. Each temperament has unique qualities, strengths and weaknesses. In this short talk their correspondence to the modern psychological DISC personality types will be shown. It is interesting to discover that the human temperaments are not just psychological but can also express themselves physically. By the end of the session we will attempt to group the participants by their dominant temperament and see if there are any commonalities. Understanding the four temperaments and how they relate, helps one to understand people in daily life and improve human interactions in the workplace, at home, and outside.
